The location was perfect for sightseeing, the staff was friendly, breakfast very good, rooms tidy although a bit outdated. The lift was tiny (hilariously so but scary also:). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to stay a few extra days because of the volcano eruption and flights being cancelled, and it was no problem! Very pleased with our stay and would recommend!

It was situated in the center of Rome which is very handy.
I had to stay in a building opposite of the hotel which was very noisy and missed the atmosphere of staying in an actual hotel. The breakfast room was small and at 7:30 in the morning there was no freshly baked bread nor were there any eggs.

We did not want to leave there, couldn't recommend more. Our stay here was fantastic, easy base for exploring Rome. It had marvellous and stunning location 4-6 minutes' walking distance from a late Medieval square. Had breakfast in the bar.

The hotel room was large and comfortable for 3 people. The single bed/sofa was very comfortable for the 3rd person. The bathroom was very comfortable and large. This room was perfect for a family of 3. The location was also very handy. It was very close to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
We were told that we would be in the newly renovated area which turned out to be across the road. We had to walk over in the mornings to have our breakfast (which wasn't difficult). It felt like we were detached from the hotel. It felt more like being in an apartment. Having said that we did enjoy our time there

A bold move that proved rewarding!
What a good stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from iconic sites like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Our large, quiet room provided ample storage, and we enjoyed evenings out thanks to nearby late-night eateries. It was an lovely experience, blending comfort and convenience beautifully.

The stuff of the hotel is very helpful and friendly especially Mr.Marco at the reception.First we did not like our room although it was superior one and the next day Mr Marco arranged another superior one which really lived up to our expectations.

I stayed with friends from April 26 to May 30. My stay was pleasant. The hotel is convient to all of the major cites of Rome. The staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was included as part of our package and the food was excellent. The hotel provided an excellent varity of food (both american and italian) in choice from the varities of meats, pastries, vegetables, etc.. The food was so fresh. The food was indeed amazing. The freshness of the food reminded me of the food I had when I was a child growning up on a farm in South Carolina. Though the rooms were smaller than what we as americans are use to, they were clean, fresh and cozy. Unlike the some of the reviews I read. I would definitley stay there again. M.R. from New York

The breakfast was great - plenty of choice from boiled eggs, cheese, cold meats, yoghurts, toast, rolls, fruit, croissats etc plus juices & coffees. No tea however & the milk for cereal was longlife!
The bathroom was modern & new but no shower, just an attachment over the bath - I prefer to stand for a shower.

The room was spacious with plenty of storage, and the location was unbeatable, just a stroll from the trevi fountain. The daily cleaning service made returning to a tidy room so nice after a long day of sightseeing.
the shower could use better water pressure.
